Dynamic Meditation is a free form of conscious dance, an invigorating mind-body practice that helps your body to release tension and your mind to let go and reconnect with a higher sense of Being.

Bone Yoga

The focus of Bone Yoga is our skeletal system, our bones, joints and ligaments, including the energetic and emotional vibrations that are held within the bones.

Bone Yoga incorporates a number of gentle movement sequences that focus on and engages the joints. Particular importance is placed on the range of motion of the joints which is determined by the architecture of the joint itself and the tension and vibration in the ligaments.
The yoga and gentle somatic movements are all well within the easeful range of motion of our joints. For many, this will give a new dimension of safety and stability to yoga.
The slow, mindful engagement in Bone Yoga allows the opportunity to feel and to adjust the way we move and to introduce clearer patterns of movement in the body. This has the potential to change old default physical and any associated emotional patterns.

Grounding and Embodying Your Energy

This experiential workshop will allow you to “sense” and then “know” what it is you are feeling. Grounding is foundation to any energy work, and it is the basis and foundations of Shamanic healing, reconnecting your energy back to yourself, whether in this life or other life-times. There are rituals, ceremonies that assist people with re connection of their energy, and then there is the simple understanding and practise of Grounding. When you truly know what this means, and experience what it feels like for you, then life becomes a flow of joy and ease. Everything starts to make “sense” – we are sensory Beings, therefore we need to know how to read our inner compass (this is also incorporates reconnecting the energy of your inner child – your magic).
Come and feel the difference!

Yoga is a tool of transformation. With that transformed Self, you can show up for others and be of service. Seva or Selfless service is an opportunity to give, without expectation for the the upliftment of those in need. This is the real yoga.
And just as asana influences the body, seva influences the personality. We can begin to understand the mind and relate differently with it.
To discover real joy in life and find purpose serve others. Its not enough just to stretch the hamstrings. Open your heart and purify your mind.

Yoga for Men

Yoga was originally designed by men for men, however, modern society in the West has created a stigma related to men practicing Yoga, where it is increasing perceived as difficult postures performed by flexible women in tight pants or monks in robes sitting for hours in meditation. This limiting perception of Yoga continues to hinder modern men from benefiting from all that Yoga has to offer them. Whether you have been practicing for years or are interested giving Yoga a try for the first time, come and share space with other men whilst experiencing for yourself a wide assortment of what Yoga has to offer the modern man, including; meditation, breath control (Pranayama), Vinyasa (movement with breath), restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Bone Yoga

The focus of Bone Yoga is our skeletal system, our bones, joints and ligaments, including the energetic and emotional vibrations that are held within the bones.

Bone Yoga incorporates a number of gentle movement sequences that focuses on and engages the joints. Particular importance is placed on the range of motion of the joints which is determined by the architecture of the joint itself and the tension and vibration in the ligaments. The yoga and gentle somatic movements are all well within the easeful range of motion of our joints. For many this will give a new dimension of safety and stability to yoga. The slow, mindful engagement in Bone Yoga, allows the opportunity to feel and to adjust the way we move and to introduce clearer patterns of movement in the body. This has the potential to change old default physical and any associated emotional patterns.

Yantra yoga: the Tibetan yoga of movement

Yantra yoga is one of the oldest recorded systems of yoga in the world. It has come to us by way of Tibet, a land that holds a vast, rich Buddhist knowledge and heritage. Yantra Yoga’s unique series of positions and movements, combined with conscious breathing, can help coordinate and harmonize one’s personal energy so that the mind can relax and find its authentic balance. Many positions used in Yantra Yoga are similar to those of Hatha Yoga, but the way to assume and apply them differs significantly.

The system of Yantra Yoga contains a wide range of movements that can be applied by everyone. It is a superb method for attaining optimal health, relaxation, and balance through the coordination of breath and movement. This fundamental and rich method is connected with the profound essence of the Dzogchen Teachings, although a Yantra Yoga practitioner does not necessarily need to follow a particular spiritual path, therefore anyone can practice it without limitation. It has been offered for the help of finding the true natural state.

There is a place in the high mountains of the Himalayas where it is possible to touch the source, the very nature of our being. To reach this place is to come out of what we commonly perceive as real into a reality that seems more alive, more aware, and at one with the majestic mountains in a very deep way.
Such a place is Tapovan and we will present an 18-days sacred journey (May 26th-June12th) from the self to the Self, an inward process that is reflected in the outer pathway that leads up the side of Mother Ganga (the Ganges River) to its source and beyond.

From stillness to movement, explore the energetics in your body, to the recorded sound of crystal bowls.
Crystal Bowls activate healing with specific vibrations and tones, each sound uniquely affecting your chakras. Their sounds amplify, purify, and harmonize frequencies.  These tones affect your body to stimulate healing, balancing, and meditation. The resonance of the Crystal Bowls creates a complete environment for relaxation, meditation, and rejuvenation. Sit, listen, move, connect with another and receive.

Drugs, Alcohol & Self-Mastery - Finding True Freedom through Yoga

Yoga speaks to the complex relationship between me (the eternal spiritual being residing within the body) and my mind.  Alcohol and drugs increase the control the mind has over me and shackles me to material existence.   What must I do to experience self-realization, God-realization, and to taste perfect happiness?

The fusion of these sensory stimuli with cacao, prayer and dance are a potent blend that enable altered states of consciousness and deep healing. You will be guided on a dance journey through sacred sounds, embodying, aligning and dancing your true nature.

CACAO CEREMONY: A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart. Because of cacao’s ability to increase your connection to your inner self and your heart chakra, it aids in any transformational shift you are working towards. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao allows you to the insight and awareness to move towards that goal.

ECSTATIC DANCE: Ecstatic Dance is a free form dance journey where ritual is reinvented, beauty unfolds, and energy flows in a safe space. Electronic and world rhythms weave us together as individuals within a greater family. We come together connecting our bare feet to the earth, purely communicating through our bodies, and celebrating life in all its aspects!

When we Let Go, we drop that which no longer serves us, uncover our essential nature and reconnect.  Everything we need for our Life Journey is contained within.  We are innately whole.  Unfortunately, over time we have become fragmented and separated due to a lack of awareness, fear and trauma:   we must Re-Member.  This is the premise behind the profoundly simple, potent workshop – Re-Member, Me.

In four clear steps:  Ground, Let Go, Reconnect and Open your Heart – Re-Member; Me allows us to ground solidly within our Body, dissolve separation and fears, sync with our higher self, and open our hearts.  Coka Klug, guides participants on an intimate, inner journey through her gentle, holistic.

Himalayan Pilgrimage a Sacred Journey

There is a place in the high mountains of the Himalayas where it is possible to touch the source, the very nature of our being. To reach this place is to come out of what we commonly perceive as real into a reality that seems more alive, more aware, and at one with the majestic mountains in a very deep way.
Such a place is Tapovan and we will present an 18-days sacred journey (May 26th-June12th) from the self to the Self, an inward process that is reflected in the outer pathway that leads up the side of Mother Ganga (the Ganges River) to its source and beyond.
